My career in business over the past 25 years has been focused on leading revenue producing teams in roles from front line manager to Executive and General Manager leadership positions. In these roles, I have been fortunate in having an extensive background in recruiting, training, coaching and leading teams in global organizations, mid-sized multinational companies and startups. These roles have provided me with comprehensive experience in building and growing businesses from pre-revenue stages to revenue plans of up to $1 Billion and teams exceeding 300 people in over 15 countries.
As someone who thrives in fast-paced changing environments that exist almost everywhere in today’s business environment, I love helping companies realign and refocus their teams skills, attitudes and behaviors that better support the companies goals and strategies. I have always prioritized establishing an opportunity for delivering growth in revenue, profitability and organizational excellence.
